WorkSource Partner’s senior strategy team, works in partnership with the client’s leadership team to design tailored programs that solve problems and strengthen a client’s internal capacity to meet today’s workforce challenges.
A typical engagement begins by conducting a needs assessment, achieved through careful listening and clear articulation of the business need.
With a completed needs assessment, and supported by business data, WorkSource designs programs to address key needs. Programs typically include career coaching, classroom, and self-paced learning, and could be offered on-site, off-site, or a combination of both. Our team includes experts in all aspects of adult learning, allowing for the design of curricula and programs that integrate diverse teaching and learning methods and technologies that suit the needs of both working adults and their employers. In addition, WorkSource will serve as liaison in partnerships with education or community-based organizations, depending on the culture and fit with the client. Overall, programs are developed from a network of established partnerships and a knowledge base drawn from more than a dozen years of on-the-ground fieldwork.
Additionally, WorkSource’s expertise is frequently requested through consulting engagements in both public and private sectors at the national level. Jobs for the Future and the National Fund for Workforce Solutions have designated WorkSource Partners as preferred provider of technical assistance to both organizations and their grantees.
